About Bea
Bea McDermott is the author of the Young Adult novel “The Kids Aren’t Alright”, and the creator of the ongoing “Nothing But Trouble” series, which includes “Kids These Days” (Book Two) and the work in progress “Comeback Kids” (Book Three). She graduated with a degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, where she wrote for the student newspaper The Pitt News. After college, she served for two years in the Peace Corps, teaching elementary school students how to read and write in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys writing articles about new country and folk music, walking her dog, and dreaming of new things to put in her author bio.
